By accessing and using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Scope
EscentryX provides comprehensive GST filing and compliance services for Indian e-commerce sellers, including:
- GST Return Filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9)
- ITC Tracking and Insights
- Compliance Dashboard Access
- Marketplace Reconciliation
- Expert Advisory Access
All features are offered as part of a flat-rate monthly subscription plan. We do not offer these as individual services.
2. Pricing and Subscription
- Our pricing is ₹300/month (inclusive of all features).
- Renewals are manual — users may choose to renew their subscription monthly.
- You can cancel your plan anytime. No notice period is required.
3. Limitations of Liability
While we offer professional, error-free services, we are not responsible for any penalties, notices, or liabilities arising from incomplete or incorrect data shared by the client.
If a notice arises due to a delay or mistake from the client’s side, EscentryX holds no liability for the consequences.
4. Account Termination
Users may discontinue services at any time. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be incurred.
