1. Eligibility for Refund
- You are eligible for a refund only if:
- You have made an advance payment for multiple months, and
- You choose to discontinue the service before the full period ends.
2. Refund Conditions
- Refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused months.
- 100% refund is applicable for the remaining period. No deductions apply.
- Refunds are not offered for:
- Services already availed in the current month
- One-time services such as GST registration or government fee reimbursements
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval.
